Well it got here today, so as requested I am posting a picture. My guess is MS63.
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

I suppose the light hairlines in the obverse field will keep it from 64 or higher. Nicely struck numismatic piece

i too see it as dipped/cleaned from the pictures, but it looks more "real" than the seller's listing.
