I'd imagine the results would be similar to putting plastic model glue on a slab and smearing it around. To get stiker residue off try warm water and soap.
Use GOO-GONE to take stickers or price tas or anything off plastic or any surface. Will not hurt the surface your cleanig at all. Even can let it sit for while for real tuff ones. Wipe off with clean rag. You can get it any store.
