I had a BCCG 10 Ripken rookie I cracked and sent to PSA that received a PSA 9, about what I expected.....I have heard horror stories, but my experience was ok. Before resubmitting a BCCG card, examine the card, not the "10" grade it is given.
I have had 4 BCCG 10 cards graded by PSA - the breakdown was as follows ...
1969 decal mays BCCG 10 cracked out into a PSA 9 1969 decal robinson BCCG 10 cracked out into a PSA 8 1969 decal robinson BCCG 10 cracked out into a PSA 8 1969 decal robinson BCCG 10 cracked out into a PSA 10
invested $45 (plus $20 grading fee) with the BCCG cards and estimate current value of the four now PSA's at a little over $120

Take this with a grain of salt, but I've heard a few dealers say that BCCG grades pretty close to BGS standards if it's a small submitter. In those cases, the main difference is the number scale (ie. a 10 = a mint 9), but they grade more leniently if it's a large account (meaning the scale AND their standards are different). Granted, you hear stuff like that about every grading company, but for some reason I find it easier to believe with BCCG, especially since BCCG was originally just for large submitters. Also, a board member said he cracked out a ton of PSA 8's and didn't receive that many BCCG 10's (which would be the equivalent of a Mint 9 since 10's just mean 'mint or better'). Conversely, you've got stories from people here buying BCCG 10's and getting PSA 7 or 8 quality cards, so something doesn't add up.
Bottom line - make sure you read the grade on the flip and not just the number, and get a very good look at the card.
get a very good look at the card, tristar had them graded by the thousands or millons and pput ion theirstupid 10.00 a pack ripoffs, the ones i have from the tristar boxes ,over 200 id say there might be a 1 real 10 in them somewhere, bccg grading really sucks randy
