That swirly font s/he's using is unreadable when typed in all-caps. I had to paste it in here to read it:
CHINA (1912-1914) KWANG TUNG SILVER 2 HAO COIN BU 316
Wait a minute... The auction title says "Chili 1 dollar", which is what it seems to be, while the swirly stuff reads "Kwangtung 2 hao".
