I have the 2000 Linc wide A-M. It has some tiny little circles on the obverse and reverse that look like
water stains. My question is: Is there a way to remove the stains without harming the coin?If I have it graded with the stains, will PCGS bag it?I will appreciate any feedback you might want to throw at me.

One is milk spots from the rinse, one is carbon spots. The only problem is that these carbon spots tend to keep a coin from grading over MS64. I haven't gotten many "milk spots" on coins except for silver.
A question I have is : How do these marks come and how do they differ ?
