Just bought 1 (of the 4) A&G blister boxes at Target...Results (good? bad?)

keep in mind I know nothing about these but snagged a box for the hell of it. Very cool looking cards and one could easily be sucked in by these... I may be interested in a base set plus the SP's if anyone has any for sale.

    Hi Goose. I would purchase the other boxes if I were you. I didn't see anything steller there but the Target boxes have had some great pulls. And be sure to check the backs of the minis for A&G and Bazooka backs as well as minis without numbers.

    The Laila Ali mini you got is a short print. That's good trade bait if you decide to put the set together.

    the Howie Kendrick small one has a different back. I'm assuming it is the "A & G" back.

    I would imagine that is an A&G back. These backs have a guy in a black hat inside a diamond and says "Topps Allen & Ginter's" in banner across the bottom of the diamond.

    Buy the other blasters...it's worth it. Any Flags and Emperors, actually all regular and A&G back minis too, I'd be interested in for my set, unless you decide to build them. So if you sell them or want to trade them, let me know.

    Check the backs of your "white" minis to see if they're missing numbers. Those no-number minis get by you if you don't know what to look for. They're limited to 50.

    Also, if you pull a mini with a pink pack and a Bazooka gum ad, you've just pulled a 1-of-25.
    Nolan Ryan & Edgar Martinez are my favorite players...

    Those were awesome boxes. My Target had six boxes yesterday and I only had enough money for one. image Hopefully I get some birthday money in the mail soon so I can go buy the others (if they are still there).
