52 Red Mans considered a "tallboy"?

I have a bunch of 52 and 53 Red mans I want to send in on the current tall boy special. Anyone know if these are considered a "tallboy" and therefore eligible for the special.

I emailed and this was the response...

I need the dimensions of the cards. The max size for a Tall Boy is 3 1/2" x 5 1/2"

edited 1/2 changed somehow...

Red Mans (Men?) are 3-1/2" x 4" so they fit the definition of Tall Boy.
