I don't know if this is deserving of a you suck, but I picked this up on the bay for I think 12 bucks. It was listed as an unc. with poor photos. How often do you get an proof Indian Head for 12 bucks?

Need a Barber Half with ANACS photo certificate. If you have one for sale please PM me. Current Ebay auctions
I bought this 1844-O overdate for $35 and it can likely get about $800-1000 for it. I got a "You Suck" from everyone a couple months ago. I'm not planning on selling it soon.
<< <i>Sorry - not a coin, but.... I got this at the treasury for $60? Then noticed a couple of years ago the error on it. I have been offered $1500 for it!

Nice Notes, Sorry for sounding dumb, but what is the error. I'm can't seem to see it. Thanks, SM

Mismatched serial numbers on one of the top notes ... COOL!!
There's only one year in which I ever got a hankering to purchase from the Mint any of the silver proof sets. I acted on the impulse, and the year was 1999.
Never even thought about buying any before that, and haven't given serious thought to buying any since.
"Coin collecting problem"? What "coin collecting problem"?

I saw this on a bidboard and bought it for 8 bucks. It was not until I got it home and really took a good look at it that I realized how bad it was. I deserve a "you sucked, big time" for my powers of observation and cherry-picking skills. What was I thinking?
There are two ways to conquer and enslave a nation. One is by the sword. The other is by debt. –John Adams, 1826
<< <i>Bought it raw for $40; beautiful delicate pastel toning on the reverse was so nice that I asked PCGS to holder it with the reverse side facing out.

This is what it turned out to be:
