Looks like a solid 64, can't see the bell lines well enough to tell.

From the pics, it is a toss-up on the bell lines. I would float more toward FBL unless I am missing something in the pic.
For grade.....I lean towards MS65 but for all the little spotting which is something that, if noticeble in-hand, would be something I would stay away from and say it would MS64 it.

Since there is no toning, have you tried dipping it to see if those are milkspot spots or just hazing (I think milkspots)?

I took pictures again but with not so much lighting. I think it was just the angle and lighting. Hopefully this helps. I think its fbl and maybe 65?

Too many scuffs to make a 65 IMO. Now that you show those different pics I'd say 63, based on the larger hits on the head, cheek, bottom of the bust, and bell.

Anyway, I think it could go MS65FBL but, if the milkspots are there depending on lighting and tilt, I would go back to 64

The larger pic really exaggerates any nic or tic. Graders use their naked eye and a 5x loupe I believe....they don't take a picture and blow it up huge to look.

You are very right. I should not have had such large photo's. I was in such a hurry I forgot to resize them. I did that now and it looks much better.
