It's probably cleaned, or tooled, or plugged or something else that's difficult to detect in the images.

I'm stunned it's in an NNC slab, but from the images, it looks authentic.

It certainly looks real to me, but I would assume that there is some problem(s) which preclude it from holdering at N or P.
