Need Some Major Help with a Unique Card/Disc

I need some help
Can anyone tell me more about the Pat Haden disc on the right ( I am displaying a 1982 regular Topps card on the left to show the size breakdown)
What I know is that
~~this is a 1974 USC disc that was part of a somewhat large set
~~the notch is there so that you could display the card/disc in a plastic football
I was wondering if anyone could add to what I know
and is this something that PSA would grade

Any help would be great

it looks very similar to a 1974 mcdonalds padre disc - I know that doesnt help much - but maybe it is some regional food issue? - PSA does grade the padre discs

If you look close enough there is a notch. Also click on the arrow "buttons" on the auction and it will go to the second scan of the reverse.

You are so right --- It look like the same thing -- I will try to submit it and see what happens

willie disc does not have the entire notch removed as you can see in the scan - I just sent in two winfields in - they did - we will see how I do - still waiting on the june special - received june 20th

New question:

If I can submit I will
but can I add this to the Pat Haden Master set
it is a college issue
would this be considered a minor card or is there no chance that this would be allowed into the set?

It can be added. Im doing an Emmitt Smith set and two of the cards are of him in college
