PSA/DNA really messed up this time, I need some advice on what to do...

I just got back a PSA/DNA sub with 2 signed baseballs and some signed glossy photos. Everything looked to be okay with the items until I noticed that there were multiple large ink spots on the 2 signed baseballs that were authenticated (Roger Clemens and Mike Schmidt). I know without a doubt that these spots were not on the balls when I sent them in and had to have come from someone handling them at PSA/DNA. I did not handle these balls in any way when I received them. Needless to say I'm kinda pissed. I have pre-post scans of the front and back of the balls and you can clearly see that there was no sign of any ink spots on the balls. My question for everybody is what can I do about this? Do I have any rights or recourse to get this corrected. I had plans to sell these 2 baseballs but I would think that multiple large ink spots on the balls would lower the value, and I sure wouldn't want to sell them to anyone like they are now. I need some help or advise. I know it helps that I have the scans before I sent them in, but will PSA actually believe that or will they just say that it is not there problem, like they do with most issues? I really have not been pleased with them lately for a number of reasons but this surely doesn't help. You know PSA leads you to believe, based upon there stagged grading videos, etc. that they have signature/card graders in some sterile lab room area professionally reviewing items with gloves on, etc., with no way that an items condition can be compromised, instead I think I got the guy eating Cheetos, chewing on his pen, and then wipping his dirty hands all over my white signed baseballs. I have attached the scans of the items, you guys tell me what you think.

I don't think I'd be too happy either. Call in and ask to speak to Joe Orlando. That's what I'd do.

No joke! You'd think someone who is handling valuable collectables would make sure they have clean hands! What gives?!

We know what the guys who handle BGS 9.5 v.gurerros have on their hands....
I would call them and ask what happened. I thought they handled everything with gloves. I don't know if I trust them with my cards now.
