Are milk spots only a problem on the proof SAEs?
Is this a problem only for the proofs, or do the others get them too?

Some slabbed more than raw.
Do a search...there are a lot of threads on this.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
If you remove environment, ASE's stay blast white. I store all my Eagles in Food Saver
vacuum sealed bags. No spotting, or milking. Yes, I sealed my 20th Anniversary ASE sets, no problems.
These 2005 ASE's are still mint fresh. Why? There is no environment to interact with.
2 years in sealed bags, no issues. The unit is a Black and Decker, and I use the Food Saver brand bags.

Why would you think they are not safe? The largest amount of banks are air conditioned 24/7. There is no separate air system for those areas in a bank. At least in the many banks I've checked. Someone once said they add moisture to the air in those areas so I did some checking and basically was told by bank officers that is really a nutty statement. Yes your coins are safe. Of course there are robbers that break into those also.
