MS 70 ASE Definitive Clarification Requested

I was hoping the information on the Silver Eagle issue was still in the Q&A section but that board has been wiped clean. As far as I have heard so far PCGS is now giving MS 70 to qualified ASE's with the burnished finish. I have not heard if PCGS will extend this grade to qualified bullion issue Uncirculated ASE's. I am considering buying several rolls for grading along with burnished and proof issues and try and put together some 3 coin 70 set's. I have not read anything so far from PCGS as to whether or not they will qualify the bullion issues for the MS 70 grade. If someone with knowledge about this could let me know, or has the proper connections to find out a definitive answer to this question I would appreciate it.

Now, what is interesting is that I also understood it to be only the "W" mintmarked SAEs of 2006 and 2007. However, I don't read that anywhere in the info that PCGS has posted. May be time to attempt the Q&A again if someone thinks it will actually be answered
Here is what is there....
PCGS Guidance for MS-70 Silver American Eagles
Effective June 28, 2007, PCGS began grading Mint State Silver American Eagles for the years 2006 and 2007 based on their condition at the time of grading, without regard to the probability of future spotting. In the past, PCGS was reluctant to grade any Silver Eagles MS-70 because of the significant possibility of future milk-spotting on the surfaces of the metal, which often seem to appear after the coins are minted and even after they have been graded. While milk spots are still an issue for Silver Eagles, the quality of the 2006 and 2007 Silver American Eagles is fantastic and the coins merit consideration at the top grade of MS-70 (the PCGS grading standard for MS-70 requires “flawless surfaces under 5x magnification”).
PCGS expects to find a fair number of MS-70 examples of the Silver American Eagles, based on the quality of the coins submitted thus far. All of the coins certified at the MS-70 level are covered under the PCGS Grading Guarantee. If the coins develop white milk spots at some future date, then PCGS will take care of the coins under the terms of the PCGS Grading Guarantee.
PCGS is also investigating the “milk spot” situation for earlier date Silver Eagles.

Thanks for the link, I read it like you, it does not state just the "W" issues, I posted this same question in the Q&A, maybe Ron Guth or HRH will have an answer soon, I can just see the buzz this is going to create on the board...
If the answer is yes I'll sign up for a Platinum Membership and start shipping rolls for grading......
