Just spent about an hour at my local coin shop looking for Accented Hair Kennedy's through their proof sets. Went through about 150 sets - not one nice Cam or DCam coin in the lot, but found FIVE sets with AH Kennedys. Couldn't believe that no one else looked for those. And at $11 a pop, a lot cheaper than the garbage on the Bay.

    I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    I love McBride's Coin shop in Austin. I feel so safe there as it is connected to McBride's Gun shop!!! And the people there are awesome and accomodating. There were a few envelopes that became sealed and I asked them how they wanted to open them, they thanked me for not just tearing them, then slit them opened and handed 'em right back to me without inspecting them first. Really a nice little operation!
