I know something is wrong here, but need some help

A trader on another board is trying to move his card and two others:

He says they are "graded reprints". If you look up the card in the PSA registry, the grade should be 7OC. The thing that bugs me is if I didn't know any better, this looks 100% authentic. What am I missing here? Could someone have opened a legit card, made a fake label and put it all back together?
Any insight anyone can provide would be helpful.
Thanks,
Mark

<< <i>I curious as to WTF is going on here as well, something like this totally undermines any confidence in graded cards/PSA. >>
What? How does this undermine the confidence? The guy does not have the card, he doctored a photo. Where is the confidence in grading lost? I think you meant to say, the confidence in this seller's credibility was lost. Right?

Didn't see the note about the doctored photo when I posted, but yes you're right, this relects on the seller, not on graded cards.
The only thing authentic here is probably the case and the back of the flip. The card and the front of the flip are home-brew.

<< <i>label looks to be photoshopped.... see the yellow around the grade and number. pixels! It's all about the pixels.
Yup and the grade (MINT 9) is clearly photoshopped.

Scanned through both BST boards and didn't see one.
If so, link please
PS - Hi Carol
<< <i>Is it on CU's boards?

It is not on CU's boards. I don't post here too often and wasn't sure how CU was on posting links to other boards.

Carol J is an administrator here and she has specifically asked for a link .....plus the rest of us want to see it too
<< <i>It's so obvious that he might as well have just done this
Nick, that is really F'n funny. At least you could have photoshopped the hair out of the scan
Some of the stuff that gets posted on the boards just cracks me up. I love to see PSA go out and get em, its like seeing your big brother take off to kick the school bullies ass.
