Mint Subscriptions Disappearing?

I went to check on my list of subscriptions at the U.S. Mint web site yesterday and discovered that they are all gone except for one! I thought maybe it was a glitch due to a database update, etc., but now, some 12 hours or so later, it still shows just one.
I logged into My Account, and selected My Subscriptions, expecting to see the page load with all of my subscriptions. I have subscriptions to all of the available ones, with the exception of the gold and platinum coins. It should list all of the proof sets, mint sets, state quarter rolls, silver Eagle coins, etc., etc. But now the only one listed is the Presidential $1 Coin Proof Set subscription for 2 units. None of my others are listed!
Before anyone asks, yes, my credit card info is up to date and valid with plenty of funds, as is all of my other info on the Mint web site. I received confirmation emails from the Mint when I subscribed to all of them, and they were all listed on the page every other time I have checked, with the last time being about 2 weeks ago.
Anyone else have this problem?

I actually got an email today from the Mint saying to expect my card to be charged in about 4 weeks for the next 2-roll Presidential dollar coin. This one, of course, is not showing up on my list, but is one subscription I did sign up for.
It looks as though the actual subscriptions are still in their system and being processed just fine, just not showing up on the My Account page. I'm glad I didn't sign up for those subscriptions all over again, because I would likely have duplicate orders coming then!

Just an update. I called the Mint today to check on my subscriptions.
Only one subscription shows up. Customer service indicated they are
still performing maintenance -- which will probably last another month.
As long as their maintenance work is being performed, only 1 subscription
will be displayed, even though a customer may have several subscriptions.
What kind of maintenance takes this long?
