When did PCGS start giving MS70's on ASE's?

I thought they only went up to 69 for MS on the ASE's. When did they re-start the 70 grade? They must feel the milk spot problem is solved??

    More likely, they saw NGC was getting all the submissions and decided that the potential risk of eating a few spotted 70s in the future paled in comparison to the lost revenue from lost business.
