    I especailly like this line;

<< <i>BUY THESE BOXES TO PUT AWAY THEY WILL ONLY GO UP AS SUPPLY GOES DOWN >>

Encouraging potential buyers to put the box away and not open it. This way way if they ever do decide to rip it, the time to leave feedback will be past and Gary will have their money and positive feedback possibly left just for shipping it.

has anyone ever got a second ebay account and win these at the last second then stiff him and leave him a negative feedback to boot.

not original i know and somewhat childish, but......

    *notices corners on the packs*

Say, didn't Mark Murphy say that packs that have been untampered with should have their corners look neatly wrapped like a present? And that if you try to open the pack, look through the cards, then reseal it, the corners are near impossible to get back perfect? Well, if this individual has resealed these packs, he seems to have done an exceptionally good job!

Yes but you can fold them back, but you must now look for corner wear or whiting on the corners. that means they were opened and that the wax flacked off when opened and closed. Wear from being opened. But they can still have the folds.

    stown,

i got a kick out the the directions you spelled out regarding how to report auctions. some funny stuff there with all the arrows.
  • yankeeno7yankeeno7 Posts: 9,253 ✭✭✭
He is still even using the 75 pack as his icon when he comes on here to cry about those finding his fraud! LOL

Whats sad is that there are people getting screwed and losing their money with him. What a POS.

Hey gary, why are you keeping the bider ids private? Shill? Worried someone will find out they are fake??
  • goose3goose3 Posts: 11,471 ✭✭✭
He doesn't want anyone here emailing bidders links to all of the evidence here.

There's a simple way around that though if any of you actually HAVE a "sealed" pack of them.

Have your own auction and have the title be similar to his and add something about "NOT RESEALED LIKE MOST"

then in your listing, provide links for the buyers/bidders to read to "educate" them on the pitfalls of such material and unscrupulous sellers.
  • handymanhandyman Posts: 5,459 ✭✭✭✭✭
Post a pic of the bar? Back up your word.... Thats the least you could do.
  • yankeeno7yankeeno7 Posts: 9,253 ✭✭✭
It's pretty funny that the original poster didnt even know this was Gary's auction (I dont think he knew anyway). Just so happened it was and Gary's fraud peeks its head out once again with Gary coming on here whining and crying that he isnt freely able to screw the unsuspecting.
  • gotta love handyman and his bs. private yeah because idiots on here try to email bidders and warn them of absoluty nothing.or create names and put bids you guys have ruined my rep enough. facts are facts i have never resealed a pack and there is no evidence to the fact and there never will be . fact is you all on here accuse me of resealing and want it to be true. again where is the proof? what happened with the rips had nothing to do with reselaing just where the boxes came from in the football rip. and whats funny most of you now who mention my name or jump on the bandwagon were never in any rips and have no real say other then what you read and are quick to jump on the bandwagon.
Oh well im glad i can be a part of your lives since you all are still so interested in mine.

I emailed this seller and asked if I could stop by and view the boxes, I live about 5 miles from him.

His response, "We do not allow local pickup"

I guess that says it all

Gary you ruined your own reputation. Look at your feedback .All those people that left all that crappy feedback after getting burned by you, must all be losers too.Its sellers like you that turn people off with ebay.

If you had a moral fiber in your soul, you would change the name of your ebay store to something like " Gary's krapwhole "--you might even have a line in all of your auctions---" Do you feel lucky today ? I do !!!! "

He's "only" admitted to swapping packs and charging an undisclosed handling fee.

I am stunned he responded to this thread at all!

    1) he knows what he is doing is wrong
    2) he sold a CASE of fleer that was bad and that we know from ebay that is true
    3) that box may be bought by one of us and submitted to PSA and then we can prove they are resealed.
