  The obverse looks better than the reverse from the photos. I'd call it VF25.

  I'm gonna say XF-40, maybe 45. I think the reverse looks like a stronger strike than the obverse.

  When taking a picture of a merc dime the reverse diagonals sometimes hardly show up at all. Your picture makes it look like they are completely gone. I would have to see a better picture of the reverse to give a decent opinion. I grade circulated mercs like this one by whats left of the diagonals.
  
  Gut feeling says it is VF but it also could go XF easily.

  The picture color looks somewhat strange but everything else seems ok to me. It sure has a bold date and it looks good.
