    Nice obverse, I'd say ms65, but I feel like it's a big surprise as to what it grades?
    Must have graded lower.

    It LOOKS like a MS-65, but I'll guess that PCGS boned you and gave it a 63. Nice colors!

    63 was my guess too. Obverse in particular looks nicer than that.
    Russ do you see a luster break, or is that just a guess because you know Lucy is unhappy?

    Looks like a nice strike with a readable PASS AND STOW on the bell. I love the obverse color. It looks like a Bugs Bunny to me.

    .....you can say that again ; I do not know how much effort you put into your pix (i'm thinking ALOT ) but you capture all the colors
    in a most beautiful way , call it a womans touch - but I doubt few could do it finer
