Serious question re: IHCs

How close is Trends (Coin Values) pricing to market value for common date, middle grade (45-62) IHCs?

I have had no problem buying them at greysheet bid, if that helps any. I would imagine trends would be way higher than true market value.

It's pretty close for the most part, with the standard disclaimer about bifurcation. I see a lot of common date EFs go off on eBay for $20 and AUs for as much as $50 if they look nice for the grade. And as usual, the schlock is a quite a bit lower.
