This coin is housed in PCGS plastic. Do you think the milky white spots are on the coin or the plastic?

    Plastic. They seem less sharp (ie. out of focus) than the devices of the coin.

    It looks like the spots are on the plastic to me.
    Do you have the coin in hand? Were you just polling the group or is this a coin you are thinking of purchasing?

    I don't have it in hand, they are the seller photos and no I haven't asked the seller yet.

    It does look like the milk spots are on the plastic to me. Can Classic Gold get milk spots?
