Ok so it is keyword spamming but big deal. He has 5000 feedback with 97%+ positive that means he has had over 4800 problem free transactions. Also, he has a starting bid at $8 with $4 shipping for a whopping total of $12 for a circ peace dollar. That price is not unreasonable and if you really really want it, the buy it now for a few bucks more is fine too. Yes he is a keyword spammer but to rag on him like this and call him a scammer? All I can say is get real. David
98 negs out of 3500 auctions is a sheister imo. The 97.3% FB is well below the norm for ethcial ebay sellers. It's one thing to find a seller with 3 or 4 negs out of 100, but once you get to a hundred that's totally different. The 97.3% doesn't include withdrawn feedbacks, or sellers who just didn't know they were ripped, or those who don't want to risk receiving a neg themselves.
I'd guess that this guy's true dissatisfaction rate would be in the 10-20% range if it were properly tracked. You never find an ebay power seller type with under 95% FB. That doesn't mean guys with 95-98% FB's are saints. I've rarely, if ever found an ebay seller with hundreds of sales, where under a 98.5% rating was not a warning sign. Don't compare compare FB ratings with your college grades, or supermarket satsifaction ratings......they are not comparable by any stretch. The real hard part is weeding out the crooks and scammers who have 98-100% FB ratings because they are so clever.
If you include the neutrals the FB rating drops to 95%, which is a bright red flag. How many times are you unhappy with a purchase in the real world yet don't complain? 10-20% of the time? Why would you think that ebayers would average only 0-5% complaints?
<< <i>I love his opinion of the grade. From fine to MS-60. He really went out on a limb. >>
Good bid is $11.25, AU bid is $12.75, does the grade really make any difference at all as to what this coin is worth? His buy it now including shipping is less than 60 bid so I must present here a giant....WHO CARES
After looking at the auction. I really do not see a problem..He states that the coin is PCGS number 7365, which in fact it is..He NEVER states that the coin is certified..The price is ok, and this auction certainly isn't that big a deal..you guys need a life. Would I buy from him? NO..I do not buy from people with a feedback of less than 99%, but in this case, I see no scam.
I see no scam. His feedback leaves something to be desired, but I see no scam. He could use better images. He could charge lower shipping. Heck, he could just give the coin away and that would be better. But, still, I see no scam here. There are plenty of scams on eBay, but I don't see getting all worked up over this ad.

I have been a collector for over mumbly-five years. I learn something new every day.
I don't see this as a scam I just think it is misleading. For those that are new to the hobby or those that are coming back into it after a number of years and not completely familiar with TPG might think this is a graded coin. As long as the auction prices stay in the current $10 range no harm done.

Wouldn't that be 97-96% positive feedback?
