    It means something is screwed up. Either there's a problem with the submission form, or they couldn't authorize your card. Call them.

    Russ is right. Same thing happened to me recently. A call to customer service set it straight and the status changed in no time. Thanks Russ image

    Edit: Problem on mine was I paid the wrong amount for shipping.
