Gold Buffalo Fractionals

Any chance the recent delay is so the mint can offer the fractionals at the same time?

Please share your thoughts. If they don't do it with the 1 ounce I am affraid they will not be able to catch up with all of their other offerings and opt out of the fractionals.

I have both the 2006-W PR and the 2006 MS......and the 2001-D Silver. I am really not that interested in the 2007-W 1 Oz unless it comes with the fractional set.

So I am hoping for a mintage of the fractionals

I hope that the mint is going to do the fractionals and I also hope that they change the design for 2008.

I thought I read a recent CoinWorld article (April 16, 2007) that reported the Mint wasn't doing fractional Bison gold bullion, because they don't have approval from Treasury Secretary Paulson to do so. Does anyone recall if this stituation has changed?

I would love to see the fractionals come out. There is little doubt these would be very popular. I say bring 'em on.

Isn't is regrettable that the Mint can't even give their customers the straight story? Even worse, isn't it sad that they may not even know whether or not they are going to offer gold Buffalo fractionals, and here it is - June already.

I haven't decided whether or not I want gold Buffaloes, but the Mint should at least give its customers what they are going to do, and what they are not going to do, so that their customers can do some planning.
