My first accented hair Kennedy

After reading all the threads on these I found one on a local bid board and picked it up for $8 today. Just a quick pic. Didnt feel like pulling out all the equiptment.

    nice pickup!
  • There are 4 light reed marks below the I on the obv. The camera picked up something obove the I that is not there. What do reed marks do to the grade on a proof?

Nice pick off for eight bucks. There's a forum member who picked one off a bid board for $20 a few years ago. He scored a PR65DCAM from PCGS and sold it for about $500. Coin had a spot on the lower left obverse so the buyer sent it to NCS. Went back to PCGS and scored a PR67DCAM.
