What is the lowest grade assigned to a Proof or SMS coin with a CAM or DCAM deisgnation?

Has anyone ever seen a PF 60 [or lower grade, i.e. PF 50] CAM or DCAM or an SMS MS 60 [or lower grade, i.e. AU 50] CAM or DCAM slabbed coin?
I seem to recall seeing a PF60 CAM Silver Kennedy half (a Russ picture?) posted in the forums years ago.
If you have seen such a coin, tell us about it, and better yet, post pics of same?
How about a picture of a PF1 DCAM silver Kennedy Half?

It has some contrast, but it's not designated cameo. I don't think I've ever seen a PR60CAM. I do have an Accented Hair that's graded PR62CAM, lowest graded in cameo for those.

Haha, he really does! That's too cool.
There's an 1890 proof quarter graded 58 cameo.
