2 out of 4 submissions have mistakes - what's going on?

I am very concerned about PCGS's quality control right now.... I recently sent in 4 submissions (multiple coins on each form). 2 out of 4 have obvious mistakes

1) I got a 1964 Quarter and Kennedy graded... the Kennedy is in the Washington Slab and visa versa image

2) I sent in 2 Unburnished/Sintered GW's P AND D mint for review (had no idea what to expect, but that's another story)... those are coming back as both P's image

WHAT IS GOING ON!!! Now I have to send them all back in to get fixed...

and as a side note... grading on the Sacs and GWs are WAY TOO LOOSE... I have seen many examples now had they are all over the place.... I am a little dissapointed in all this as I have held very high regard for PCGS... but as of late things seem a bit wacky... probably an overload from all the new series from the Mint... maybe too many juniors working the grind?

oh well... just thought I would vent.

Sounds like they are in a hurry! So, how did the sintered/unburnished coins grade? Any designation?

    ahhh... the other story...

i am assuming from the designation they just graded them as normal dollars.... can't really tell because I did not receive yet...
which BTW would not make sense... because of they way they look they should either have been BB for questionable color OR assigned the correct designation as with the Sacs that are unburnished image

    this is what it says....

    1 1 13191980 148052 2007-P $1 George Washington US MS66
    2 1 13191981 148052 2007-P $1 George Washington US MS65

I sent in two sets, unopened, 20th Anniversary silver sets.
I had a MS69 come back in MS70 slab and vice versa. I sold the coins together letting the buyer know that the coins were reversed. I didn't want to deal with sending them back myself. He did. They came back correct. This was with NGC... so both PCGS and NGC make mistakes sometimes.

As evidenced by my most recent submission results, PCGS is currently doing an excellent job.
