definitely dipped and retoned. Really cool-looking in hand, for some reason. NGC calls it a 61. Nice clash marks, missing letters in scroll (die swelling?), filled letters, die cracks, this coin has many good characteristics. Major plus for this coin is that it is a very tough to find remarriage in the half dime series: 1832 LM-8.2. Also, condition census-wise, this is second finest known to another collector's 62. No need to resubmit to become top in the census, the coin is what it is.
