Teletrade searches -- Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?

When you go to a Teletrade search now -- and when you create a search to save -- there's now a checkbox that says "Problem Coins Only."
Why on earth isn't there a checkbox to *exclude* problem coins if there's one to exclude non-problem coins? Seems silly.
I've sent them a note giving feedback asking this question. If I get an interesting reply, I'll share it.

I know. Sometimes I feel like I need to exclude 'ANACS' in searches because so many problem coins turn up. The problem is there are a few really nice ones in ANACS holders, too, and I'd hate to miss them.
<< <i>It is a legacy from Teletrade's printed catalog days. The old paper catalogs had a separate section for problem coins. Online the problem coins are not separate, having a search makes the old time Teletrade buyers feel at home. >>
Seems odd. I would imagine far more people would search to exclude problem coins, not look specifically for them.
We're going to add this to our change-list - you are right, there should be an option to exclude too.
<< <i>Update: I received a reply from Ian Russell at TeleTrade about this inquiry. In summary (and I quote):

They have a separate category for Susan B. Anthony's, a separate category for Sacagawea's, and even a separate category for "Signature Series Sacagawea's (when they are for sale), but they refuse to separate the Modern Eisenhower from it's Classic relatives.
Even worse, they are all listed under the heading "Silver Dollars". The Morgan's and Peace Dollars are SILVER dollars. The closest thing the Eisenhower has is a 40% silver collectors version. The VAST majority of Ike's are copper-nickel clad....NOT SILVER!!
I have pointed this out to Teletrade on several occasions, each a couple years apart. The first two suggestions were met with a polite "thank you...but" letter. The last time they did not even reply.
How hard can it be to separate these two COMPLETELY different issues?
Do they think that the majority of Morgan collectors also collect Ike's...or vice versa??? NOT!!!
It is not easy to bug me, but having to search through a sea of true silver dollars, to check out what Ike's are up for auction, for more than 10 years, has actually gotten me more than a little annoyed.
<< <i>Probably only an issue to the "Modern" collectors, but one thing about Teletrade that has always bugged me is that they list Eisenhower dollars with Morgan's and Peace dollars.

i think maybe they are doing it for one reason........................they are all BIG and the same size.

What does it matter? Just limit the date range to 1878-1921 or 1935, and you won't see any Ikes polluting your precious silver.

Actually, I am talking about browsing the auctions by category, not searching, so your suggestion will not work.
You can just click on the "Susan B. Anthony" list and see just SBA's, same for Sacagawea's.......But not for Ike's.
My complaint is that the Ike's are not separated from the Morgan's and the Peace dollars because I am looking for Ike's!
The Ike's are lost somewhere near the end of the "Silver Dollar" category.
Take a look for yourself.

So do a search instead.
Like this.
Not so hard...
Yes, I know I can do a search, but I like to "BROWSE" WHILE the auction is going on.
They have a "Browse" function......................
I browse the Sac's, SBA's and then dig through the "Silver Dollars"....To find the NON-SILVER Ike's that I want to check out.
The point is that it is a pain in the a$$.
Thank you for telling me that it isn't, but since (apparently) you do not use the browse function on Teletrade, you would not know.

I would quote Sir Mick:
You can't always get what you want
But if you try sometimes
Well you just might find
You get what you need
