Question on past sent and received pm's.

I'm trying to look at some previous received and sent pm's and have no clue as to where to find them. Under my "today" section I can see a button called pm's, but when I put my cursor on it the cursor does not become the "index finger" cursor that one can use to click into a site. Can someone please help me to find these past pm's? Thank you.

Click on the ID of the user you want to review the PM's of
