Picked this up at a coin shop last week. It was by far the nicest one they had. It is not cameo but PL, but there is not a mark or a spot on it! The noise in front of his chin and in by the motto is a scuff on the holder. I think this would grade very high!

MS66 taste on an MS63 budget.
