Just joined at Platinum level - have a couple of quick questions.

I just joined PCGS at the Platinum level and plan on submitting 8 coins to take advantage of the voucher for 8 free gradings. Before I send in the coins, I have a few quick questions (I will call customer service next) that maybe someone knows.
First, depending on the PCGS assigned grades, that could change the value enough to bump it to a higher return postage cost. Do I have to pay the return postage in advance? Can I have PCGS just charge my credit card the cost of the return shipping? If so, do I have to write my credit card info down everytime on the PCGS submission form? Or can I have PCGS keep my credit card on file and just charge all my fees (submission fees, return shipping, etc) to my credit card every time?
Another question I have is what if I send in 10 coins for grading at the economy level ($15 per coin) which limits the value to $300. And then PCGS grades one a point higher than I thought and is valued at $500. This would be above the limit of $300 value for economy level and instead should have been sent in at the regular level ($30 per coin). Will PGCS charge me for the difference in grading costs because it came back above a $300 value? Similar, will PCGS refund a difference in cost (ie: regular submission level [$30 per coin] verse economy submission level [$15 per coin]) if your coin grades lower than the $300 value limit?
Finally, what price guide does PCGS use to assign a "value" to a coin? Their own price guide I hope?
Thanks in advance!

Return shipping is paid in advance based on the value estimates you put on the form. Your card is charged for this and the submission fees, (invoice total), upon receipt by PCGS.

It needs to be recorded on the submission form each time. PCGS doesn't keep card numbers on file for collector's club members.

No, they won't. An ocassional pleasant grading - value - surprise is fine. It happens all the time. But, if somebody started submitting a high percentage of coins that exceed the cap, PCGS would pop them with the extra charges. In other words, just don't try to deliberately abuse it.

Uh, no.

PCGS uses market values.

I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but you are right!
