    Thanks for the compliments. As for the Walkers, I do have a really nice 46-S in MS-65 with nice rainbow tone around the obverse edge. plus one that's got a strange orange/gold obverse tone (in old old PCGS holder). Still got some more Morgans, plus a nice blue PCGS MS-66 1945 micro S dime.

    And no Photoshopping - just 2 lamps, a tripod and a pile of coins! image

    Nice photography of some beautiful coins, Erik. I'd really be interested in seeing your setup, I've tried a few things with mine, but my results fall far short of yours!

    The Barber quarter is a very nice and tasteful album toning example. Nice to see. The 1919 cent is interesting. DOn't recall seeing one like that before and wonder how it looks in hand.

    Thanks again for all the kudos. I've added some more pictures in the album too - some of each denomination. I'll have to make another raid or two on the bank box for some of the others, plus a few pictures need retaking from this session.

    To answer an earlier question, that 1919 cent looks pretty much like that in hand. It has that vivid purple-red tone around the rims. The reverse looks better in person, for some reason, it came out a bit darker.

    The lavender toned 1882-S Morgan is a color I haven't seen too much of out there; I have an 1890-S that has similar toning, but over a much smaller area (pictures later). Looks like I didn't grab any of the Walkers for this session, maybe next time.

    Really exceptional photos...great balance of luster and color.
    I especially like the 1898 dime. Let me know if you ever want to sell it as I've been looking for a worthy one for awhile.
