  this is a real problem for the hobby. it is not even funny
  anymore in my mind.
  
  i see people bidding up half eagles in wierd plastic with
  lousy pics and i feel they are losing too much money on
  each purchase.
  
  what can we do?

  I hear you. The good news is that out of 67 current auctions, only 2 of the auctions have bids. He/she/it is losing money on the listing fees and will likely realize that EACGC is not such a swell idea. I hope......
