    I agree 64. I posted my GSA 1884 morgan that looked worse than that and everyone was guessing 64-65.

    If it were my coin and I thought I could double its price by resubmitting it, I'd resubmit it instead of telling other people they could possibly double their money on it.

    I think it is properly graded right where it is and would not make a 64 (pcgs) hit on the chin is too distracting for me
