Heritage's shopping cart sux!

So I spent three hours on their website carefully selecting coins, adding to my cart as I go. Had about a dozen items in the cart and suddenly it empties itself!
No way am I going to be able to find all the items again w/o another 3 hr search. They lost a sale due to an apparent time out feature.
I thought most all shopping carts get emptied after 24 hours not 3!

...it is well known in the business world...what is far worse than a complaining customer is the one who walks away unhappy without saying why...at least with the complaining customer you have the chance to make things right and learn to avoid the same problem in the future.

BINGO! Everyone dreads dealing with angry customers. But the only thing worse than angry costomers are no customers at all so Heritage will certainly see you and your concern as valuable.
Besides, Heritage's IT guy might be able to recreate your cart (although I doubt it) or Heritiage might even toss you a bone for your troubles. A short 5 minute call might leave you happier than you might imagine.

From what i've seen/ heard/ experienced Heritage's customer service is extraordinary.

None of your beeswax, Mr. nosey!
<< <i>...out of curiosity, did you call their customer service number to let them know of the trouble you encountered. . >>
I called & customer service guy said, "Ummm... I guess you were in there too long."
Well duh!
He also cheerily said, "Sorry that happened. I'll let the website guys know."
Call me a pesimist? , but somehow I doubt he will mention it to anyone.

I bet there was at least 1 Frankie!

Same thing happened to me last week when I hit the wrong key. One coin I never did find again. Today I was very very careful and after about an hour and a half I was able to purchase what was selected, I think. No confirmation yet.
My other little gripe is that the pictures are really small now. My old eyes have to look really hard to find what is wanted when going through page after page of coins.
They ship quite fast and that is cool.

Not this time. But I did pick off a couple of 1956 Bugs Bunnies last month.

I have set it to allow cookies from them, but that is where I think the problem lies- either in theri or my cookie checker.

I agree with Shamika (as usual)...and others. Heritage is very customer oriented. As a side note, sometimes it is not Heritage (or the vendors) fault when dealing with computers. In today's high security internet world, everyone has different security settings or even simple computer settings and problems may be local to your computer. Not always, but sometimes.
That being said, I am sorry for the trouble you went through. I hope you can find some of the coins again on their site.
