Richard,
This is a date that is commonly found in prestine condition. However, thepiece in question has a fairly prominant hit on the Buffalo as well as some specks, plus the dies are heavily eroded. I'd grade it MS65.

Sorry, I put the wrong pictures up; I thought it was a different one ('13 Type 1) and didn't notice until it was too late.
