It's an interesting coin, yes it is a die crack there and there is also one running from the rim and between the left side of the 1 and the start of the left arrow.
It also looks like the 11th Star has been repunched as you can see another star rotated differently underneath it.
Also maybe the 5 is repunched as well.
I don't have any literature on these so I'm not sure what if anything it means.

I saw someone else put a stamp in their picture to help evaluate the color. The color ended up right but I've got freaking shadows on the coin
