Do any one know what will be the mintage for 2007 American Eagle Silver Uncirculated Coin w mint mark.

Since they are starting to sell them at the end of this month, count on the mintage being much much higher than the 2006-W which sold at the end of last year amidst a barage of mint silver offerings.

My guess is that they will produce them to order up until a point where they will cut them off.

Last year the mintage was ~470,000 including the 20th anniversary sets. I think the 2007-W mintage to be at least 1,000,000.

as we all know the problem is we don't know.................so like alot of folks i'm sure,i signed up for the subsciption and ordered as many as i could afford...just in case...

Just buy them they will sell for more then the mint sells them for, You can sell or keep them but you can't go back to the mint and buy them for what the mint sold them for when thye are gone. It alway's works for me but that is just me.

I looked at some pcgs slabed coins and found white spots on them. can any one tell me why the spots came. i am storing in the pcgs blue boxes. Am i am not storing properly.

The spots are called 'milk spots' their cause has not been determined. Most agree that a humidity level above 30% accelerates their formation. Search for 'milk spots' and you will find alot of posts about them.

unless the knuckleheads at Coin Vault tell everyone the Mint is all sold out and you can only buy them on their show @ $150 each.

Last year many bought at the limit of 10 sets. Will there be a limit of 10 2007 W silver uncs? All those that bought 10 sets of last years product, will they buy 10 this time? What will the individual limit be?

If the sale time started and ended like last year this will be a low mintage coin, lower than 2006. However, this year we are starting early so more time to buy. There are just not enough details to assume mintages.

Well, if you submit a coin with milk spots, they will drop it a point or even two depending upon the severity of the spotting. Eye appeals has everything to do with grade.

If you submit a spot free coin and it develops spots AFTER slabbing, then its collectability also drops depending upon the rarity of the piece.

IUnfortunately, there are a lot many MS69 SAE's with spots than there are not.

Only so many presses, too many other items to produce, I expect these to run in the 500,000 range then be cut off in time for Platimum production. Also I wonder if the milk spots are a result of the oil they use to lubricate the edge of the planchets before striking?

All as I can say is they better have these stockpiled. They probably do. They produce millions of the regular "no W" MS Silver Eagles.

Not a storage problem, it is just that the US mint Sucks! The problem is in how they are made.

Seems like the mint has a very full plate. May be some low mintages because of this.
