It is a significant cud. I got a revision on that VAM for it from Leroy earlier in the year. Ther eis a second cud below the date and some small breaks by the right wing. VAM-23 is I-3 R-5 and this is a late die state. A huge chunk of the rim of the die broke off. Here is the data from the two coins I sent in that package.
