Yes, I know. My question wasn't about whether they were good or not, it was wether or not this "service" is a company set up to accept submissions or if it's a garage job.

I'm sure if you'd like to pay him to "slab" your coins for you in his garage, he'd gladly do it.
He'd probably even let you suggest what grades they should be..........
They are like many today trying to capitalize off of your typing mistakes while searching on the web, or in your lack of full knowledge as to who they really are. PCG (Professional Coin Grading) and I'm sure they use Service after their initials. Guess who they might be confused with by a newbie?
Garage self-slabber. You can even see the Coin World globe on the slab. IMO, PCGS should nail this guy to the wall for trying to trade on their well-deserved brand name.
An authorized PCGS dealer, and a contributor to the Red Book.
PCG doesnt that stand for Probably Can't Grade or (Piled) in the (Corner) of the (Garage)
Please note the little CoinWorld Logo on the bottom of this guys slab. These are the Amos Advantage slabs sold through CW that some sellers have used to imply that CW is a grader as well. Some of the ads by other sellers have even included phrases like "CoinWorld Graded". CoinWorld does not grade coins.
Any slabber that sells a coin who says that they are a real TPG will likely not be using slabs of this type.
