RARE COIN MARKET REPORT (Yes that is screaming) - PCGS please change the way this is mailed! :)

For those who have received their free MPCGS market report magazine in their mailbox... can it be and less discreet? Man that thing was calling out to me before I even removed it from the mailbox! I believe this has been mentioned already but I really think this shuld be in some sort of brown cover with just a label that it is from PCGS... I really do not understand why it needs to be in CLEAR plastic?

no... that's not the point... i keep my true valuables in a bank deposit box... the point is THEY (postal people) do not know that... so why give them the impression that you do? un-needed touble as i see it.

Relax, the postman knows more about your lifestyle than you can imagine. Think about it, these guys handle your mail daily for months even years. He knows where the teachers live the mechanics and yes all of the coin collectors.

In Massachusetts, if a man breaks into your home and you injure him in the scuffle, remember he can sue you for damages unless you put him out of his misery. Isn't the legal system great?

my Robb Report has never tempted anyone to break in, maybe the dog on a rope leash and the old tire out by the outhouse has something to do with it.

I know what you mean. I have my Numismatic News magazine sent to my work address, not my home address. Why send up a flair to the mail guy, and more importantly anyone involved in the recycling process, that there is a coin collector in the house?

Don't forget about:

YN's living in college dorms. Their mail is sorted by random student workers.

Collectors in certain retirement communities.

Condo owners.

I have never minded receiving an envelope or package marked "PCGS" (or "Heritage" or "Fulfillment Center" etc.) but this shipment was unexpected by many PCGS members in these living situations, and was marked RARE COIN MARKET REPORT!
