Note i said estimates. How do you determine the potential cost/price of MS-68 Morgans? The PCGS guide only goes to 67. as well as the CDN BlueSheet, etc.

As RYK wrote, the real world answers will vary all over the place, and a lot will depend on pops for that date/mintmark, and registry weighting. Most of the demand for 68s is with the registry crowd. That means PCGS coins will almost always command a premium over NGC coins, and any other grading company's coins may only trade at 67 prices.
Even in grades MS66 and 67 the guides are only of moderate value. The quality of the individual coin is often going to much more relevant than the price guide. A nice 66 may sell for double what a low end 66 sells for at true auction. For most new collectors, this area is a field full of land mines, with many maxed out coins waiting for a newbie to take them home. Maxed out in terms of grade, meaning they were sent in ten times to make the grade. For new collectors, it is best to buy grades where the price hit isn't so big if the coin is a dog, until they learn how to grade, and learn it well.
