Ahaaahh! It must be the second, confirming specimen of the 1835 LM-12 Capped Bust half dime. What else could it be?! And I was hoping to find that myself.

Besides my previous question (1 of 2, or this will be the 3rd), is it coin in general, or a condition rarity - 2 known to exist in mint state for example?
Google is letting me down, so far I've come up with:
"This is a very unique 1825 CA 1-Real Argentina coin--only 2 known to exist in the Krause World Coins book. Here's an opportunity to own a truly rare coin graded and authenticated by PCGS- population report 1"
or
"1855 $3 gold piece. The $3 gold piece is one of only two known to exist." (Coin reported stolen by Tom Noe)
or
"1911 Pattern Dollar DC-6 SPECIMEN 65 PCGS. Considered the greatest, and most storied, rarity in all of Canadian numismatics, and one of only two examples struck in silver. The other coin is permanently housed in the National Currency Collection in Ottawa along with a single striking in lead."
or
"1848 Quarter Eagle PR64 PCGS – Mintage of only 5 – Only two exist with one in the Smithsonian"
