I bought two of those from a guy in the united Kingdom last year. It has no face value, some kind of token I guess. $999 ? I bought two for $5.00 plus shipping.
That thing shows up frequently. It is the size of a silver round and there have been a couple of people who have actually claimed that they are silver, but there have also been many of them which were obviously base metal, sometimes silver plated. They are sometimes offered as patterns, but they are really just a base metal fantasy. Ignore it.
When I ran into them for the first time years ago, the owner said that he had purchased them from a bullion dealer in Lebanon. He was convinced that he had found an unlisted pattern dollar and that it had to be silver because the Lebanese bullion dealer would have known if it wasn't silver. (Oh yes I'm sure that silver coins from Lebanon would have to be real, it's just fake GOLD coins that come from Lebanon, not silver.)
