  VF25 dipped.
  
  Is it too white for PCGS to perhaps call cleaned?

  i think pcgs will net it down to 25 and holder it. but i'm no expert.

  VF35 (I'm looking at my VF35 95-O as I write this) and I think it'll get holdered.

  VF25, but a little too cleaned. This variety is plagued with problems.

  Just from the photo, I'd say VF 30 but perhaps improperly cleaned.

  If it gets in a holder it will be a VF20, but I don't suggest submitting it. It is far too white, it'll come back in a BB

  I think they will slab it, and I think its a VF30.
  
  But if you want to be sure that they holder it, use a "set-up" coin. Right before it put a harshly cleaned coin, so that your 03 micro S looks good by comparison. Works all the time.
