I am new to world coins. I can really appreciate some of the great designs and good prices.
Anyway, I came across this coin, and wonder what y'all think about it, and what the price range for something like this would be. It is listed as UNC. I am also liking some of the 1910-1920s italian coinage.

MS66 taste on an MS63 budget.

My wantlist & references
How much should I look to pay for an UNC one of those?

I like the 8R too
Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.
Your 8 Reale is Zacatecas Mint (Zs) and is a common coin, available in all grades. There's an 6/5 overdate known for this year, so you should closely examine the date. If it's an overdate - it's considered rare.
See you around!
Also, I really love the caballero peso coin, Such as this one of FilamCoins, but these seem to go for a bit more.
Here is my first worldly purchase. LMK what you think! I don't know what its worth but for $9.99 it is worth it just for me to look at. Looks like nice original surfaces!
I forgot to welcome you to the Wonderful World Of The Darkside, BTW.
That is a nice Cap & Rays 8-reales piece, and it does indeed look UNC, though it is impossible to be sure from that photo.
The 1886-Zs (Zacatecas Mint) coins with the JS mintmaster initials list for $90-110 in UNC, depending on variety. There are two overdates listed; one is 1886/5 and the other is 1886/8. They're the $110 coins, while the non-overdate variety is the $90 coin in UNC.
PM me your snailmail address, and if you're patient enough, a little sumpin'-sumpin' might appear in your mailbox one day.
PS- the French "sower" design, or "French Walker", as many US coin collectors call them, is a very popular coin that has brought more than a few Litesiders into the Darkside fold. Yours indeed looks like a nice original piece, as you mentioned. I just sold a 2-franc piece of the same design that had been made into a dogtag by a US soldier during the First World War.
Collector since 1976. On the CU forums here since 2001.
Had to add a 2 Franc unit for another 9.99:
Nice Chevelle! I have a 73 Monte.
