  Part of my negotiation with my wife for the kitchen renovation/addition is that I get the odd-shaped room that is technically a library, for my collecting references. The problem is that it is one room off the living room, and I expect her to change her mind after it is to late for me to renege. I may have to go to the mats to claim it.
